William Makepeace Thackeray, a 19th century English novelist stated:

“Follow your honest convictions and be strong”

==========

It is normal to struggle with defining our business purpose – many individuals ratiocinate about what they want to do for which they have a passion; yet we need to make the choice and willingness to take significant risks and undertake the many different types of challenges that follow.

Through the embracement of significance; intentionality; focus; and action, our courageous acts are performed by passionately believing in what we are trying to do.  When our convictions outmatch our fears, the compelling nature of this decision will transform our business from ordinary to extraordinary.

==========

Our commitments exert great power over the survivability of our business.  Detractors may question the wisdom of our decisions; however, thoughtful commitment leads us to pursue a sincere and steadfast purpose.
